Royalty on Puppy Love : Pembroke Welsh Corgi

My Daily Puppy Friday favorite was to be Duncan the Labradoodle.  However, in light of the birth of Princess Charlotte on May 2nd, British royalty has been the focus by so many worldwide.  Therefore, my new Daily Puppy Friday favorite is Miles the Pembroke Welsh Corgi...And here's why -

On July 3, 2014, I posted Breed of the Day : Pembroke Welsh Corgi.  The temperament, general health, and physical traits of the Pembroke Welsh Corgi can be found through this link.  In my research for the post, the tie of the Pembroke Welsh Corgi to British royalty stood out in unique intrigue.

The Pembroke is the preferred breed by Queen Elizabeth II and, in general, British royalty for over 70 years.  (Of course, Prince William and Princess Kate most likely will say otherwise with their beloved English Cocker Spaniel, Lupo.)
